KeepSisu
KeepSisus are made with a technique called Tiffany’s Soft Soldering, that I learned from Czech and Slovakian jewelers, with a few modifications.
KeepSisus are supported by a variety of natural quartz such as Amethyst, Citrine, and various other types of stones in a variety of colors. Both quartz and stones are in harmony with the people who have them, fulfilling the function of receiving, storing, and releasing energies.
Each stone and quartz has it’s own quality and property to transmit and accumulate energy, and release it at the exact moment when it’s needed. I like to think they are living beings at the service of humanity, sharing their brilliance and wisdom.

My Story
Those who know me know that I’ve been always creating jewelry and that they have a special meaning for those who wear them.
All my life I have enjoyed creating jewelry, but due to my busy daily routine I haven’t been able to create for the past few years. One of the hidden gifts that the quarantine brought to me, was the reawakening of my desire create with my hands again.
I’ve always had a special connection with stones and gems, and I love having some hanging around my neck, especially quartz, the more rustic the better! Do not ask me what each quartz is for or what healing properties it has because I don’t focus on that, I focus on the warmth, guidance, and assurance they bring to my life daily.
RECONNECTING
Years ago I learned the importance of being connected with stones. Due to the chaotic times we now live in, and the constant struggles and depression that make us question our life here on earth, we lose that valuable “internal strength” that helps us cope with the difficulties of daily life.
So I put my heart and feelings in motion, to create small containers, that KEEP THAT INNER FORCE and connect us to it when it is necessary. These containers of energy that guide me and give me courage are called KeepSisus.
KEEPSISU ABOUT
KEEP, means “to maintain” and SISU -Etymologically it comes from a Finnish word root that means “interior” or “within”, which represents the idea that in each individual there is potential than is seen with the naked eye.
It is potential we all have, and it can have a powerful impact on our daily lives. Sisu is embodied by people from all over the world who challenge themselves and cling to hope when all seems lost.
KeepSisu is a small container, where you will keep the purest desires of your heart, which will become your “INTERNAL FORCE” to create a better life. A life where you maintain your feelings of self love, credibility, and worth knowing that you can overcome and prevail in the face of any hardships you undergo. KeepSisu will bring clarity and resilience to your life.
At the bottom of the Keepsisu design, there is a small quartz, and it is where you will send all that “feeling” of happiness, abundance, and clarity. When your whole being trembles with emotion, feeling warmth in your soul, in those moments where you feel that life has a meaning and you are filled with happiness … it is when you must send that “beautiful sensation” to your Keepsisu, to keep within it the purest desires of your Being so that they are stored and you can access them when you are without finding answers, scared or depressed in your doubts of daily life. Extracting these stored energies will fill you with all that “pure feeling” created by you and for you.
All Keepsisu are connected to each other, no matter where they are. When one Keepsisu becomes filled with hope, love, and trust other KeepSisu will receive those energies, and gain strength to accompany you in your journeys.
